Job Requirements: As an LPN, you will have the most interaction with one client and be responsible for helping them with daily tasks, including bathing, dressing, eating and using the restroom. Please note that as of 10-18-21 all workers in long term care are required to be vaccinated against Covid per state mandate. $29.00 - $34.00 per hour DOE Job Requirements: Under supervision of Administrator and in collaboration with other team members, provides direct and indirect patient care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, professional standards of care, state regulations and accreditation standards. This is a unique position in that as the company grows direct care will begin to cease and the role will become more of a director and take on management duties. You will have one client to begin with and there will be other staff present, CNA, NA, or HCA during that time to assist in getting tasks done and helping the client have fun in the community. As the company grows more of the typical duties listed below will be implemented as direct care stops. This will become a salaried management position at that time. Typical Duties: • interviews patients and families for current problems, medications, and allergies and reviews medical record, for pertinent previous and current information. • Participates in patient treatment regimen, including administering medications (under the supervision of a nurse delegate). • Direct Patient Care • Validates MARS on a regular basis. • Establishes and documents patient treatment regimen under supervision of the administrator and implements treatment. • Performs routine vital checks, nebulizer treatments. • Facilitates and assists in the coordination of patient referrals. 10. Participates in the orientation and training of new personnel. • TypicalEducational requirements: • Graduate of accredited school of licensed practical nursing. S • Experience: Current Washington state practical nurse license. • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team. • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and without immediate supervision. .
