Job description

We are looking for a LPN or AAMA Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. Candidate must be patient focused, professional, compassionate, caring, and team oriented. Essential duties include providing the highest quality of care for our patients and their families, patient triage, assisting physicians with routine office visits and surgical procedures, patient education, and coordination of care with other providers. Skills required include the ability to clearly communicate with patients, providers, co-workers, and the healthcare community, punctuality, thoroughness, organization, and an ability to establish and maintain relationships with patients, providers, and staff. The right candidate must have a thorough knowledge base of clinical policies and procedures, including instrument/equipment sterilization, preparing and maintaining a sterile field, phlebotomy, medication administration, wound care, and suture removal.
