- guaranteed Hours: 40/Week.
- Duration of the Contract: 13 Weeks (with Possible Extension).
- Pay Rate: $38 to $40 Per Hour on W2.
Requirements:
- Copy of the Covid Vaccination with Booster.
- BLS from AHA.
- Currently licensed to practice as a LPN in NYS - Required
- ASN - preferred, Windows experience - preferred
- EPIC experience - preferred
- Five years of experience
