Healthview Home Care and Hospice is in need of LVN to join our stellar team.
The primary responsibility of an LVN working on call for Hospice and homecare is to provide nursing care to patients who are receiving end-of-life care or require ongoing medical assistance in their home. This may include administering medication, monitoring vital signs, providing wound care, and communicating with patients and their families to ensure their needs are being met.
Qualifications:
- LVN in California
- Must have experience with seniours
- Fully vaccinated
- Amenable to work in San Bernardino County and Riverside County CA
