Position Summary
The Joint Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining the joint machine to produce high-quality products. You will work closely with another team member and supervisor to ensure the production process runs efficiently and safely. This position works in an open-to-public production site within a gallery-style dispensary.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Set up and operate the joint machine to produce finished products in accordance with company standards and specifications
• Perform routine maintenance on the joint machine to ensure it is in good working condition
• Monitor the production process to identify and resolve any issues that may arise
• Conduct quality checks to ensure that products meet the required standards
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Keep records of production and maintenance activities
• Working as a team to maintain an effective atmosphere
• Cleaning, stocking, and organizing workspace; working with others to keep all areas cleaned and stocked in accordance with the Company’s standards at all times
• Performing other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Knowledge of cannabis required
• Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend and evening hours
• Must be 21 years of age
• Prior experience in operating joint machines or similar equipment
• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and repair
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
• Good communication skills to work effectively with other team members and supervisors
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
• Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
