Job description

Position: Machine Operator (Day Shift)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up machines at the beginning of shift to ensure proper working order
• Maintain and clean machines during each shift
• Monitor machines during production to ensure optimum running
• Troubleshoot problems during machine operation
• Ensure that regular and preventative maintenance procedures are carried out
• Other related and non-related work duties as required

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Basic maintenance knowledge required
• Must by physically able to perform job duties
• Must be physically able to pass a respiratory protection fit test
• Ability to perform work safely and recognize hazards
• Basic computer knowledge required

Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
