EARN OVER £28,000 AS A TRAINEE EXTRUSION OPERATOR, with structured training enabling you to secure additional pay increases on achievement of higher skill grades.

What you’ll do

• Effectively run the extrusion lines, which includes:
• Starting and stopping lines
• Raw material and product changes / cleaning
• Packaging material
• Rectifying line faults
• Monitoring product quality
• Work in conjunction with QS/ETS standards.

What you’ll need

• Ability to work a work a 4-shift system of 12 hour shifts: Days (7am-7pm) & Nights (7pm-7am)
• Basic machining knowledge (not essential)
• Enthusiasm with a passion to learn
• Average level of physical fitness as the role involves manual handling
