Mail Sorter Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)
- Opening and sorting mail based on type of correspondence
- Scanning and saving all invoices into company software
- Identifying and resolving duplicate invoices
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Report any issues with the mail or machinery to the supervisor
Mail Sorter Shift Info
- Day Shift, 08:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Monday to Saturday with a day off on either, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday
Mail Sorter Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)
- Enjoy working closely with peers on a small team
- Advanced attention to detail
- Able to work independently while investigating inconsistencies and resolving them
- Willing to adapt your work to fit the changing needs of the company
- Able to communicate professionally and effectively
- Valid Driver’s License preferred
- Average-Quick typing speed
- Quick mental processing and hand-to-eye coordination
- Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Chats)
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Able to work in the US.
