Position Details
- Performs work on doing general floor care maintenance is large areas operating power cleaning equipment as assigned by Environmental Services Director.
- Performs work on general maintenance assignments as assigned by maintenance supervisor.
- Maintains proper appearance of interior and exterior maintenance of building and grounds.
- Completes basic repairs in and around the organization as assigned by supervisor.
- Performs other duties for departments such as floor care and general security as assigned by supervisor.
What You Offer
- Previous maintenance, lawn care, floor care or security experience is a plus.
- Must be a motivated self-starter.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass background study through the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
Work Schedule
- Full-time; 80 hours per bi-weekly pay period
- 7:00am - 3:30 pm; Monday through Friday
