Gibson Beach Rentals, Inc. is a short-term vacation rental management company offering rental properties for guests seeking places to stay in the Destin, Sandestin, Panama City Beach, and Miramar Beach areas. All of our properties are conveniently located in the Gulf Coast region of the Florida Panhandle.
We are currently hiring FULL-TIME Maintenance Tech! We offer flexible PTO, Vision, Dental, Paid Holidays, and much more! The Maintenance Tech will oversee short and long term goals of the maintenance department, to include driving a high level of working order for all units.
Gibson Beach Rentals is looking for hard working, dedicated individuals to join our team of amazing hospitality professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage work order volume and assign to techs as necessary, complete assigned service orders daily ensuring all assigned areas & units are in working order.
- Purchase necessary parts, supplies, ensure correct billing and closeout of service orders, while meeting budgeted guidelines.
- Respond to Guest & Owner issues requiring trouble shooting of basic & light maintenance, appliance trouble shooting, cable/wi-fi, basic HVAC repair, light plumbing, and preventative maintenance.
- Establish & maintain open & collaborative relationships with team, communicating timelines for repairs.
- Ensure a high level of customer service in interacting with guest & owners
- Must have reliable transportation
- Kaba Experience Preferred
- Must be able to work on Saturdays and/ or Sundays, open availability
- The Maintenance Tech must follow company standards and property checklists

Qualifications:
- MUST be highly detail oriented
- MUST exercise excellent time management skills
- Capable of taking direction while being proactive as well
- Your own reliable transportation
- Smart phone (need to be able to text and take photos)
- Maintenance Tech must be authorized to work in the United States
- Maintenance Tech must be able to lift/carry/push/pull up to 40 lbs.
Ability to Commute/Relocate:
- Miramar Beach, FL 32550 (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
