We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and efficiently. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to providing quality service.

Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain building equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building equipment.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to identify and resolve problems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and landscaping.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and materials used.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed when performing maintenance tasks.
• Dry Sprinkler System Knowledge needed.

Pay: $18,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
