Job description

Facilitate the development of condition based maintenance plans and preventative maintenance activities. Responsible to develop the maintenance module within SAP to maximize data integrity, cost structure and transparent work planning and scheduling.

Your Tasks:

• Schedule Preventative Maintenance activities, review and update findings, initiate follow-up work orders
• Facilitate the development of condition based maintenance plans and preventative maintenance activities using internal trade recommendations, manufacturers recommendation, and breakdown historical data
• External supplier / contractor coordination / development
• Review historical breakdown data, perform pareto analysis, facilitate long term corrective action and supervise projects
• Responsible for the effective management of environmental aspects in accordance with Brose standards, to ensure that legal, regulatory and customer requirements are met
• Ensure that work order and PM process is being followed correctly, including the appropriate and correct paper work
• Tracking inventory of consumables, researching and purchasing consumable goods as needed
• Provide technical and supervision support as required to the Maintenance team
• Responsible for developing and setting up TPM program and continuous follow up on process
• Gathering and providing data for departmental key performance indicators on a regular basis
• Other duties /projects as assigned

Your Profile:

• Formal trades training (preferred)
• 3-5 years Working experience (preferred)
• Organizational skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP proficient

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
