As the Maintenance Supervisor of our Mooresville health care campus, you will manage and oversee the Maintenance staff for our 82 skilled bed rehab facility and our 48 assisted living apartments. You will work with facility and corporate services staff to adhere to State and Federal regulations and company policies regarding safety, infection control, and other applicable standards.

• Are willing to learn, follow, and teach required safety standards
• Have some supervisory experience, and possess the ability to lead a small team
• Have good communication skills

1. Successfully complete pre-employment process and screening.
2. Able to pass physical examination given in behalf of gainful employment within the facility.
3. Satisfactorily pass through required orientation and training.
4. Be able to follow written and/or verbal instructions.
5. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
