Freedom Corrugated Maintenance Technician
We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility to maintain corrugated machines and other equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines.
Experience is preferred; however, recent trade school or high school graduates, with a minimum amount of experience, are encouraged to apply. This is a career position, and the employer is willing to train and develop the right candidate. Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical Systems
- Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot various pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Troubleshoot PLC’s and motors
- Working knowledge of computers in an industrial environment including hardware configuration and troubleshooting, software configuration and troubleshooting
- Network configuration and troubleshooting
- Reliable self-starter with at least 5 years’ experience.
- Corrugated experience is preferred; however, recent trade school or high school graduates, with a minimum amount of experience, are encouraged to apply. Additionally, applicants must be flexible and willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift, weekends, and overtime as needed. Skills
- Proven experience as maintenance technician
- Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- Must be flexible and able to work 2nd, 3rd shift, weekends and overtime, as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in relevant field will be a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $29.00 - $36.00 per hour (based on skill level)

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- 2nd (2pm-10pm) or 3rd shift (10pm-6am)
