Loblolly, an exclusive private club located in Hobe Sound, FL, is seeking a skilled and reliable maintenance technician who can keep our facilities running smoothly and safely. Do you enjoy working on a variety of tasks, from electrical and plumbing repairs to HVAC and carpentry projects? If so, we want you to join our team!

We are looking for a maintenance technician who can perform routine and preventive maintenance on our buildings and equipment, as well as troubleshoot and fix any issues that arise.

You will be responsible for:

· Surveying buildings and repairing mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards

· Performing maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)

· Assisting in the preventative maintenance of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conducting repairs when necessary

· Maintaining plumbing systems to ensure functionality

· Inspecting alarm systems (fire, protection)

· Performing manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, paver repairs, carpentry etc.)

To be successful in this role, you will need:

· Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role

· Basic understanding of electrical, HVAC and other systems

· Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods

· Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices

· Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills

· The ability to perform the essential duties of the role and a willingness to work overtime

· High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
