Precision Staffing is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for a premier food manufacturer in the Fairfield, OH area. This is a direct hire position with openings on all shifts! There are two different positions! PLC Programmer and Ammonia Tech!
PLC Programmer:
**Looking for 2nd AND 3rd shift tech**
Shift: M-F but will most likely work 6-7 days/week Hours:
- 2nd shift - 1pm or 2pm to 9:30pm or 10:30pm
- 3rd shift - 9pm or 10pm to 5am or 6am
Pay: $28-33/hour (based on exp.)
Job description:
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving software and hardware
- Resolve network problems that users may encounter
- Process wide range of technical skillsets

Summary for Maintenance Technician:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing set-up, changeovers, and performing preventative maintenance requirements on conveyor systems, packing, and production machines.
Requirements for Maintenance Technician:
- 3+ years of related maintenance experience
- Experience/Knowledge in mechanical, electrical prints, and PLCs
- Completed skilled trades apprenticeship preferred
Ammonia Tech:
Shift - M-F but will most likely work 6-7 days/week
- 2nd shift - 1pm-9:30pm
- 3rd shift - 9pm-5:30am
*Please note when things are chaotic they may require technicians to stay over a bit to assist*
Pay: $26-30/hour (based on exp.)
Job description:
- Control water and chemical treatment systems
- Pump out, disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment
- Replace defective valves and fan motors
- Complete daily reports
- Remove ice build-up
- Complete daily log sheet including policies by OSHA and EPA
- Troubleshoot electrical issues
- Lockout - tagout procedure's and maintain systems by replacing parts like gauges, valves, and pressure regulators

- Operator 1 license
