Job description
Facilities Maintenance Technician needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s client located in Marble Falls TX.The Big Picture – Top Skills Should You Possess:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of (1) years related work experience with HVAC systems, plumbing, boilers and chillers.
- Must be fully Covid vaccinated.
- Paying $22 - $24 per hour; depending on experience.
- Will conduct Preventative Maintenance on critical equipment
- Safely connect maintenance and repairs to plumbing, hvac, and other systems along with some patch and paint work.
- Will also handle such tasks as generator runs, replacing ceiling tiles, changing out light bulbs, and other general maintenance tasks.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of four (1) years related work experience with HVAC systems, plumbing, boilers and chillers.
