Monticciolo Family and Sedation Dentistry is looking for a maintenance man for four days days a week full-time. FRIDAYS OFF! Must have your own truck.
Our Company provides you with mileage reimbursement for traveling to different offices as needed, we have 11 Dental Offices around the Tampa Bay Area.

We offer great starting pay at $24-$25/hourly as well as benefits.

- Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, light fixtures, etc.
- Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
- Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems
- Check functionality of safety systems
- Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations
- Must have your own car and a valid Florida driver’s license
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
- Must pass a background check
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
- Experience using hand and electrical tools (must have own tools)
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
