AIRE Ancient Baths are temples dedicated to the creation of the ultimate relaxation experience, where time does not exist. Inspired by the tradition of baths from ancient Roman, Greek and Ottoman civilizations, the AIRE Experience always takes place in restored historical buildings in the center of globally acclaimed cities.

Tribeca Location:

In the midst of the bustle and fast-paced rhythm of downtown, right at the heart of Tribeca, there is an oasis of tranquility exclusively designed to balance mind and body. Located at a restored historical building, originally an 1883 textile factory, the AIRE experience consists of an unforgettable journey through sensations across the various baths with water at different temperatures that will transport you to the ancient times of the Roman, Greek and Ottoman traditions.

The Role:

As a Locker Room/ Laundry Attendant you will be responsible for maintaining AIRE standards of cleanliness and customer service. You will monitor locker room supplies, laundry, and ensure that the locker room remains clean throughout your shift. You will also interact with clients at the beginning and end of their service, preparing them to enter the bath area and assisting them at the end of their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Laundry Attendant Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Wash and dry used textiles (including robes, towels, swimsuits, water shoes, sheets, etc.) according to direction and machine requirements
• Fold clean laundry according to company protocol
• Retrieve used laundry and distribute clean materials
• Clean assigned areas of the center (including floors, walls, furniture, trash, etc.) between laundry cycles
• Cover the Locker Room Attendants while they are on their break
• Other duties as assigned

Locker Attendant Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Gather used products (robes, sandals, towels) and launder them according to product and spa instructions. Fold and redistribute supplies as required.
• Interact with clients at the beginning and end of their service, guiding them through preparation to enter bath area and assisting them at the end of their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of locker room including floors, bathrooms, showers, and lockers
• Replenish stock levels of supplies including robes, sandals, towels, bathroom supplies, product dispensers; empty garbage as needed.

Who You Are:

• Prior experience in hospitality, spa, or gym industry, preferred.
• Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills. Display a friendly, energetic, outgoing and personable demeanor.
• Detail-oriented with great organization skills.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish, preferred.
