We are seeking an experienced Staffing and Recruiting Management Consultant who specializes in running their own staffing agency. The consultant will be responsible for providing expert guidance and advice to our client in regard to recruiting strategies, and ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to attract and retain top talent.

Note that this is a part-time opportunity with expected workload to be between 2-5 hours per month (potential growth with additional projects).

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and analyze our client's current staffing and recruiting processes to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement new recruiting strategies and initiatives to attract top talent
• Advise on compensation and benefits packages to ensure competitiveness in the market
• Provide guidance on compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Develop and deliver training on staffing and recruiting best practices
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and provide insights and recommendations to improve our staffing and recruiting strategies

Qualifications:

• Proven experience running own staffing and recruitment agency (strongly preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of +5 years of experience in staffing and recruiting, including experience running a staffing agency
• Proven success in developing and implementing staffing and recruiting strategies
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
