45 hour work week with shift coverage depending on staffing levels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for motivating nonsupervisory employees, providing performance feedback and for completing a variety of administrative functions related to their job. The right candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a creative mindset and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the work of a staff of workers.
• Supervise the work of shift workers.
• Supervise the work of on-call employees.:Evaluate employees' productivity and communicate performance issues to HR.
• Make sure employees are using approved methods and following policies set forth by the company.
• Shift Coverage
• Make sure that employees are aware of new policies and procedures.
• Address issues with customer service, sales, product delivery, and quality control.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
