Overview: The Manager Accounts Receivable will be responsible for driving enterprise level cash flow by managing a large team of 30+ employees and working with internal and external customers so as to meet and exceed the company’s objectives. Responsibilities:
- Interpret data to assign credit limits and access risk to minimize bad debt write offs at an enterprise level.
- Guide the setup and maintenance of customer data to ensure the controls and governance of qualified customers.
- Set and perform collection campaigns and strategies for our entire corporate structure with the team to ensure timely collections and compliance to applicable Alcohol Beverage Commission (ABC) regulations.
- Define team goals to drive the expected departmental results.
- Drive team to liquidate our working capital within defined terms to hit our cash flow forecasts for the entire enterprise.
- Work with third party agencies to maximize the recovery of collection accounts and further minimize loses.
- Utilize outside vendors for risk data to access for proper terms and limits according to our customers capacity on thousands of accounts.
- Manage customer escalations and define rules governing payment plans to meet customer expectations on problem resolution.
- Build, develop and cultivate team members to enhance our branding through their individual brand by utilizing the voice of the customer feedback.
- Meet or exceed SLAs to achieve a high customer experience.
- Work with teammates and customers to facilitate first call resolution to exceed customer expectations and drive a high Net promoter score.
- Work with local counsel to liquidate customer alcohol licenses during a business failure for our recovery.
- Drive the creation of a large customer focused centralized Credit Collections team while meeting rigorous SLAs.
- Understand and help build out a comprehensive case management system for the enterprise.
