Core Responsibilities

• As the successful candidate, you will be able to lead a team of developers and engineers
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to determine how best to implement solution
• Responsible operation and upgrades of PaaS/SaaS platforms such as Salesforce and corresponding interfaces
• Be part of management team that manages the relationships with external partners including software vendors, consultants, and program implementers technical teams.
• Establish success metrics for the team
• Apply and conform to our Company's Cyber Security standards
• Partners with stakeholders and customers across Customer Energy Solutions to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and priority.
• Partners with Vendors and Implementation contractors to understand the sales/marketing journey and how to meet their needs via technical solutions
• Lead teams and workshops that facilitate the design, implement and provide End to End Technical Solutions
• Escalation point to our technical delivery team
• Review the technical design of existing solutions for optimizing performance
• Participate in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity drills
• Perform other related tasks and assignment as required

Required Education/Experience

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience and/or a
• Master's Degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and/or a
• High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Education/Experience

• Master's Degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Relevant Work Experience

• Demonstrated knowledge in an Agile Framework. Required
• Experience with environment management, release management, code versioning, deployment methodologies. Required
• Experience in implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects. Required
• Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies. Required
• Experience with APIs and Web Services (REST/SOAP/Bulk). Preferred
• Experience developing Salesforce or CRM customizations. Preferred
• Experience creating technical architecture and technical requirements documentation for cloud/on-prem implementations. Preferred
• Experience in Energy Efficiency Industry and Programs. Preferred
• Strong background in Cloud Computing solutions - cloud computing strategy, systems design, implementation and management. Preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading and/or working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This posting will look to hire 4 managers with focus on the following areas: Release Management, Product Development, Technica Support and Testing & Automation.

Licenses & Certifications

• Driver's License Required
• Other: Salesforce Solutions Architect Preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Preferred
• Other: Agile Certification Preferred

Other Physical Demands

• Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
• Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed.
