Position Details- We are a growing franchise that views our assistant manager as the “next up” person to step into a GM spot. Yes, running shifts and training staff, as a compliment to the GM, are core responsibilities of the position. But we also prioritize spending time with our assistants—on the clock—to get them ready for the “next level” which is running a store of their own.
