This premier teaching institution and nationally ranked center for cardiology and heart surgery is a major referral hospital in the Midwest for several specialties.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

Provide administrative and clinical leadership to plan, coordinate, and manage clinical team members, two supervisors and resources to provide the highest quality patient care with trained, professional, and competent staff in the most cost-effective manner. Collaborate with physicians and other health care disciplines to assure optimal patient care. Oversee daily operations, budget management, policy, service quality and clinical practice for the Outpatient Surgical Pavilion on the hospital campus.

· Hours of Operation: 5AM – 7PM (Manager Hours: 7AM – 5PM)

· Scope: Ambulatory Surgical Center and PACU operations

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and Masters Degree any field OR Bachelors Degree any field with a Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) required

2. 2+ years of previous management experience focused in surgical services.

3. 4+ years of clinical RN experience in a surgical services setting.

4. RN Licensure in State of Illinois.

5. Strong organization, planning and delegation skills.

**Compensation is based on applicable years of experience, plus annual incentive plan. Relocation package available. Pay: From $100,048.00 per year
