Given the challenge, what would you add to the mix?
As a Finance Manager in the Fixed Asset and Capital Planning Group, you will support a multi-billion-dollar capital investment envelope for Nestlé Purina North America. You will provide support and work very closely with our Engineering Team, Factory Controllers, and Operations Finance Group as we continue to ensure that current and future capital investments meet our Organizational needs.
- Lead capital investment management process, which includes project analysis, capital spend forecasting, and reporting to support strategic expansions and operational savings projects
- Cross-functional communication across the organization with key partners in operations, engineering, and supply planning
- Complete required post project evaluations for projects by working with factories and subject matter experts
- Subject matter expert in the fixed asset area to be able to field Nestlé Purina fixed asset inquiries
- Provide business partners with support on capital vs. expense determination
- Help develop new ways of working within the capital and fixed asset area to implement a more streamline and consistent processes
- Support Ad-hoc request: tax alignment, audit support, fixed assets, depreciation forecasting, net book value, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting and/or Business Administration
- 4+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting
- 1+ years of prior experience in project management
OTHER
- Experience using Power BI is preferred
- Experience using SAP is preferred
- Experience supporting fixed asset management and/or capital budgeting processes is preferred
