Chick-fil-A at Frederick North is looking for friendly people with experience in the quick-service industry to join our leadership team. Requirements/Responsibilities
What we require:
- Experience working in the food industry and managerial tasks such as cash inventory management, opening and closing the restaurant, assistant customers, etc.
- Act as a servant leader for our team. Exemplify what it means to work at Chick-fil-A and coach our team.
- Exhibiting the CORE4 behaviors that Chick-fil-A is known for: creating eye contact, sharing a smile, speaking enthusiastically, and staying connected with our guests.
