Position Summary:

The Manager of Creative Services reports to the Creative Director and will act as a prime lead on creative output, from concept to production. Responsible for a team of photo editors and graphic designers and will partner with copywriters, video, PR and production teams for all projects across digital and print production. The individual will harness the creative power of the team to gather, formulate and present design concepts and creative content focused on achieving organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Leads the timely development and execution of plans, campaigns, and projects to ensure marketing goals are achieved.
• Partners with project stakeholders to create and execute creative briefs that satisfy project requirements for creative work and meet campaign or project goals.
• Leads the efficacy of the creative workflow process, streamlining processes for more efficient turnaround at the highest quality output.
• Oversees creative collaboration to ensure appropriate strategies, accuracy of input, schedules, production support and presentations are delivered as expected.
• Works with Creative Director to execute efforts across Marketing around storytelling, positioning, and related criteria into a thoughtful design and creative development of materials.
• Executes the high-level creative vision and drives marketing concepts throughout the creative development process.
• Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Creates high-level designs and art direction, working closely with team to deliver materials that adhere to Collette’s brand image.
• Performs other duties as assigned, including graphic design, and audience/demographic research.

Job Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience working on a design team in a corporate/agency environment, designing for both web and print outlets.
• Travel industry experience is a plus.
• Superior editing and creative skills.
• 5+ years of experience leading a team.
• Ability to proof designs and copy critically to meet brand expectations.
• Strong knowledge of field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
• Experience working with strategic partners and key stakeholders.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, confident and driven by results.
• Creatively motivated with ability to mentor and develop a team of talented creatives.
• Bachelor’s Degree: MBA preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
