- Develops and executes cross-cultural media programs consistent with brand marketing objectives and selling strategy for traditional and digital media
- Ensures strategic cultural connection and consistency across all elements of plan development and implementation
- Measures media performance at all stages to ensure original objectives and strategies are being met to client satisfaction
- Recommends targeted, innovative media vehicles consistent with media strategies
- Oversees relationship with media vendors and supervise negotiation of media
- Leads media relationships with account/creative/analytics teams
- Oversees metrics evaluation and optimization recommendations
- Maintains relationships and sets client's expectations, ensuring timely creation & delivery of work
- Prepares and delivers client communications and presentations
- Assists in managing team performance to achieve desired results by defining roles and responsibilities for the Associates and Senior Associates
- Ensures knowledge sharing across groups, open communication and provides thought leadership
- Identifies and builds functional expertise and knowledge in a relevant, unique and specific media area, including digital media expertise
- Seeks out information to remain current on media trends

- At least 3-6 years of experience in media planning
- 1-2 years' experience supervising and/or mentoring more junior team members
- Proven experience in writing and presenting relevant information to client audience
We also offer a competitive Total Compensation package, including a competitive salary and eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award or a relevant incentive award.
The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
