System’s Project Manager that will be responsible for Third Party Liability, HealthCheck, EDMS, and Document Capture. Here are the details on this position.
Your role in our mission

- Plan, direct, and coordinate cross-functional team activities to manage and implement project through implementation to final operational stage.
- Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to the project
- Control project requirements, scope, and change management issues.
- Establish appropriate metrics for measuring key project criteria.
- Conduct Employee Performance Reviews and provide coaching and mentoring to enhance the career growth of employees.
- Manage and oversee account service delivery team operations to ensure Gainwell products and services are delivered according to project schedule
- Look ahead as you work with account teams to develop demand forecasts and assist functional areas or departments in proposing, planning and delivering end-to-end services, including workload requirements
- Navigate complex relationships between delivery and client groups to ensure stronger client relationships
- Create more satisfied clients by identifying service improvements
- Support proposal teams to integrate new, enhanced and existing service offerings for current and new accounts
- Bolster our workforce by selecting and hiring employees to support your team; train them to enhance their performance, development and work products
What we're looking for
- Minimum bachelor’s degree and 2 years of management experience (additional management experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis).
- MMIS experience (1+ years)
- Medicaid Knowledge (3 - 5 years)
- Substantial leadership or supervisory experience in support services, project leadership or program management in a technology industry
- Strong executive presence and excellent written and oral communication skills to build relationships and interact with clients and team members
- Skilled in managing projects, financial budgets, and forecasting
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams to deliver high-quality results to clients, helping to quickly problem-solve roadblocks to ensure on-time delivery
