We are currently looking for enthusiast & Hardworking Manufacturing or Machine Associate/Operator to be an integral part of our Global pharma team,

The ideal candidate for this position has experience in the Pharmaceuticals or Nutraceutical manufacturing industry.

Job Responsibility:

• The Manufacturing operator will Handler performs all functions relating to the Manufacturing of pharma products
• Must have excellent communication skills
• The Manufacturing Operator will be consistent with established Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), customer requirements and in conjunction with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Receiving and storing finished goods and miscellaneous items.
• Ensure the proper planning and execution of batches
• Inspecting all materials for damage. Dispatching finished goods.
• Cleaning and sanitizing Manufacturing area. Operating, cleaning, and calibrating machinery.
• Daily monitoring and recording of production materials and production lines
• Must be able to control machine operations with minimum rejections and maximum outputs while maintaining quality standards within the standard norms
• Perform machine changeovers, cleaning and set up as per SOPs
• Manufacturing and filling of products as per Batch Manufacturing Records and SOP.
• Must do on-line documentation and timely entries related to manufacturing and filling operations and activities
• Must have a year of manufacturing experience with aerosol products

Other Requirements

• Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions
• Demonstrated ability to work in both independent and team environments

Required Minimum Qualification To apply:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in cGMP and regulatory requirements in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Minimum successful completion of High school diploma.
• Basic understanding of mechanical machinery and the operating principles of control systems.
• Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions including SOP’s and Batch Record documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to work in both independent and team environments.
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety procedures, including, OH&S Act.
• Mandatory Drug Screening Required.
• Mandatory Background Screening Required
• Candidate from Food/ Beverages/Medical and cosmetic can apply

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.50 - $21.00 per hour
