Due to an increase in production, we have Full Time positions open for:

- Assembly and Interior Trim Department

We are looking for individuals with boating industry experience and / or boating knowledge but willing to train the right individuals with positive attitudes that are interested in a career in boat manufacturing.

Assembly is the part of the production process that is critical to the structural integrity of the boat.

This department assembles and installs the various parts of the boat using adhesives and mechanical fasteners. Assemblers must have the ability to properly use hand tools, air tools, cordless drills, etc. A large part of this job requires precise mechanical assembly which can include building and installing consoles, windshields, console grab rails, T-tops, swim platform hardware, cushions, helm seats, & deck hardware.

The assembler must be able to perform all phases of cutting and assembly of the boats on assigned parts with minimal supervision.

Utilize production aides, jigs and templates to ensure all cut outs and fastener locations are repeatedly produced.
Inspect your own work prior to the quality control process.
Be responsible for your own work so that it meets department standards for quality and proper procedures.
Keep your tools and equipment maintained and in good working condition.
Responsible for cleanliness of your work area at all times.

Hours are Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
