Essential Responsibilities.
- Ability to set and achieve aggressive sales goals.
- The company provides customer information system and ship information network to explore shipyards and ship owners in South America and North America, providing marine supplies such as marine valves, anchor chains, engine parts, etc.
- Suggest specific products to meet customer's needs.
- Answer customers' questions about marine parts and accessories, prices, resolve doubts and technical knowledge about product performance and limitations, establish cooperation, provide good after-sales service, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Based on the analysis of customer needs, emphasize the characteristics of the products.
- Travel and visit customers from time to time.
- Attend marine related trade shows and conferences.
- Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as sales strategies and marketing information.
- Manage and record daily working hours by project code
- Regularly attend professional knowledge training of the company. Skills, knowledge and experience.
- Consistent and proven track record of exceeding goals in a sales environment
- A strong relationship builder
- Ability to use multiple promotional methods, including social media, phone and email, to generate interest in the services we offer
- Ability to interact with people at all levels with confidence and persuasiveness
- Self-motivated and passionate about going above and beyond

Education and Experience.
- Possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent track record of sales performance with the ability to "close deals"
- International sales experience
