MARINE TECHNICIANS/RIGGER: Rogue Motion is growing again and has great opportunities for Marine Service Technicians to grow with us! We are looking for experienced candidates and apprentices, certification in Suzuki, Mercury and/or Yamaha a plus. Pay is negotiable and based on experience, certifications and qualifications. Training opportunities to help move up in pay and position.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

· Marine experience a plus

· Compensation based on experience

· Lightspeed experience a plus

Skilled in the following areas helpful, but will train:

· Installations, repairs, troubleshooting, diagnosis, estimating repair time and general service

o Own tools a plus although some are provided

· Skilled in repower of Suzuki, Mercury and Yamaha outboards

· Service, maintain, winterize, and do warranty work on boats

· Inspect boats, engines, trailers to identify needed repairs

· Water test boats, rig new boats, and install electronics and accessories

· Keep records of what was done, parts used, and any tests that were completed

· Must be able to stand, kneel, and crawl while operating equipment and tools

· Boat operating and towing knowledge

· Have a professional appearance and attitude with integrity and reliability

· Organized with strong verbal and written communication skills

· Keep a clean and safe working area

· Be a problem solver and be willing to tackle anything

· Be able to work independently

Essential functions and responsibilities:

· Pull wires, install equipment like engines, navigation and location systems, stereo components, other hardware to specification

· Follow safety procedures

· Maintain a clean area, tools, and equipment

· Able to read and interpret manufacturers paperwork

· Able to read and understand units of measure

· Physically able to climb in and out of boats

· Be comfortable with a challenge and have fun along the way
