Job description
Patel, Greene & Associates (PGA) is seeking a motivated Market Leader to plan and lead marketing efforts to support a new regional office for PGA in Tallahassee.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Demonstrate complete mastery in disciplines of highway engineering, CEI, PD&E, or water/wastewater engineering
- Plan and lead marketing efforts to support a new regional office for PGA
- Build upon existing relationships in the region while establishing new clients to grow the company’s impact throughout the state
- Recruit, develop and mentor staff
- Maintain responsible charge over multiple PGA projects
- Participate as a company leader through the application of PGA’s Core Principles of Integrity, Commitment and Excellence
- Provide quality control/quality assurance reviews when necessary
- Assist in the strategic planning and growth of PGA, particularly in North Florida.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer (PE) (registered in FL) or American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP)
- Must have a minimum of 10 years of progressively more complex engineering or planning experience
- Previous success in business development as a discipline lead
- Local or statewide professional organization involvement (preferred)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Required)
- Exceptional existing relationships with clients in North Florida
- Capable of leading a mixed group of technical and non-technical employees with multiple assignments
- Exceptional verbal communications skills and the ability to interact with a variety of clients
- Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
- Exceptional ability to perform multiple tasks in an organized manner and at the direction of PGA’s Leadership Team
- A proven leader including mentoring other staff
