Job description

The position of Market manager will help to expand Oilee's reach in California; you will be responsible for marketing, onboarding, and lead generation of future business for Oilee.

Market Managers will help onboard new techs and learn how to manage their market of independent contractor techs.

Managers receive print advertising such as business cards, brochures, etc., to bring Oilee's presence and services into apartments, condos, and other businesses.

The market Manager will be held to quotas that MUST be met monthly in order to receive bonuses. If a manager falls short there will be a meeting on why they fell short and what they need to improve their market.

Market manager hours 2 - 4 hours a week the quotas would resemble as follows
OILEE needs 3 new businesses, this month

OILEE needs 20 subscribers this week

OILEE needs 10 new independent contractors

Market Managers will inform upper management of needs to further their market

Managers will help onboard new techs as needed

The manager gets necessary knowledge and tools/equipment to do their job

advertising content; business cards, brochures, pamphlets, website,

Manager will have the space to run their market

Manager controls specific region and that region is his market. The independent contractors that are working around him are both fleet and private independent techs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.50 - $24.00 per hour
