Job Title: Practice Marketing Associate

Location: Long Island, NY

Spine Medicine and Surgery of Long Island is seeking a Practice Marketing Associate to join our team. The Practice Marketing Associate will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns and strategies to promote our practice and increase patient referrals. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare marketing, a strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and analytics, and exceptional communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase patient referrals and grow our practicePlan and coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and direct mailCreate and manage content for our website and social media channelsAnalyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using data and analytics toolsBuild and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers and referral sourcesCoordinate community outreach and events to promote our practiceManage and maintain the practice's reputation online, including monitoring reviews and responding to patient feedbackCollaborate with our team of physicians and staff to develop and implement marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• Preferred but not mandatory: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field2+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in a medical practice settingStrong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with healthcare analytics and reporting tools a plusFamiliarity with medical terminology and healthcare regulations a plus
