We are hiring a new Marketing Associate with strong detail-orientation to join our digital team. This role initially supports tradeshow and event coordination and marketing administrative support with product descriptions and photography coordination, PPC campaigns, style reviews and marketing resource support.
Hybrid/Remote: Tyndale supports a strong work-life balance; this opportunity is a work from home role 4 days a week with 1 day week of onsite work required. Ideal candidates must reside within a commutable distance from our Headquarters in Pipersville, Bucks County, PA.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with Tradeshow & Event Coordination which includes:
- Manage and submit orders for promotional giveaways for events and tradeshows
- Research and book locations for events
- Book hotels
- Streamline tradeshow registration forms, facilitate no charge sample orders for events and giveaways and submit fit kits effortlessly.
- Craft online registrations forms and invites for any kind of gathering with ease
- Create office nametags to present a professional face at events such as trade shows and in office
Marketing Administrative duties:
- Maintain and build new Tyndale and distributed items within the Tyndale’s Item Attribute Maintenance.
- Be the go-to resource in all marketing activities: research PPC locations, ordering business cards and creating raffle flyers.
- Regulate Online Product style reviews for Tyndale garments with an eye on detail and accuracy of presentation
- Coordinate product photography for Tyndale products.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in general business, marketing, communications or other business-related field required;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite a core requirement. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud components a plus;
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment;
- Well organized, with ability to multi-task and think outside of the box;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively on a fast-paced team and collaborate with others;
- Ability to prioritize projects, work within short time frames and meet deadlines;
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects
- Self-starter and detailed oriented; ability to work independently.
