Job Summary and Mission
The Brand Ambassador will spend the majority of their time interacting with local business within their territory to promote Buff City Soap and the services provided (affordable, high- value, all natural, soap products for your skin and home). The Brand Ambassador will use approved promotional material (coupons, gift cards, etc.) to the best of their judgment to generate foot traffic into Buff City Soap and local Buff City Development Locations. In addition, the Brand Ambassador will also help to create local and corporate partnerships alongside of the Field Support Manager.

Job Requirements
Responsibilities for Brand Ambassador positions focus heavily on leadership, efficient time management, a go-getting-outgoing personality, persuasive communication skills, diverse in approach, able to recognize ways to capitalize on marketing efforts and ensuring outstanding guest service.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Ideally One year of management or marketing experience and/or education equivalent. Proven ability to manage independently in a fast-paced environment is required, and ability to establish solid community relationships.

· Experience with hands on marketing and creative yet strategic thinking. Ability to attend tabling events on behalf of the company.

· Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing with levels of Management to include, and not limited to, the District Manager.

· Strong commitment to exceptional guest service, performance excellence, and desire to learn need only to apply.

· Ability to plan and prioritize workload, administering a large sum of printed materials.

· Interpersonal skills

· Assist in development of party/event scheduling, planning, and execution.

· Thoroughly understand our products to inform potential guests.

· An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people.

· Establish and attend local marketing events with businesses and the community.

· Excellent social media user with the ability to promote our brand.

Physical Requirements

· Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.

· Ability to bend at the waist.

· Driver's License and transportation is a must

· Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes, sometimes more than 50 lbs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
