Job Title: Marketing Co-Op

Reports to: ABM & Digital Marketing Manager

Workforce Type: Temporary, non-exempt on-site

Job Summary:

Looking to explore an exciting career in marketing? We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Co-op to join our team.

As a Marketing Co-op, you will work closely with key members of our multi-disciplinary team to support a wide variety of marketing projects. From data collection and content creation to event planning, and more, you’ll gain experience with various B2B marketing strategies and tactics.

Under the guidance and direction of our ABM and Digital Marketing Manager, you will contribute to projects that have a direct impact on our ability to reach and engage key target audiences through digital advertising, marketing automation and other lead generation initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support content creation by assisting with video production and editing, product photography, graphic design, and marketing copy needs.
  • Conduct market research and gather insights that can be used to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Assist with data collection, entry, measurement and analysis.
  • Help with event planning and coordination.
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.

Required Competencies:

  • Passion for marketing and knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of and ability to remain compliant with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Education and Experience:

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required (all class standings welcome to apply)
  • Previous marketing or office related experience preferred
  • US work authorization required

Travel Requirements:
