Real Estate Marketing Director needed for successful Western Montana Real Estate Agency. We are seeking someone who is looking to make a difference in their own life as well as others. Unlimited potential for an efficient, hardworking, self-starter with great people skills and past work experience in Marketing and/or Real Estate Administrative Support. No day in real estate is the same, so you’ll need to be flexible yet diligent in completing different tasks with the ultimate goal of building the business. This role will work closely with the CEO on all aspects of marketing real estate listings including, but not limited to:
- Marketing of programs/services
- Producing and executing the marketing for lead generation and conversion
- Conversion and data reporting.
Real Estate Marketing can be demanding, but also very rewarding!
Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
· Organize Online and Offline Marketing Materials with ongoing funnels and follow-up programs
· Develop a marketing calendar and consistently execute it
· Track and compile data for numbers of generated leads, appointments, conversions, marketing cost, return on investment, sales figures, etc.
· Create print and digital material (newsletters, brochures, email campaigns, text campaigns, mailers, postcards etc.)
· Facilitate social media channels (Facebook, YouTube, etc.) for exposure and retargeting of property listings as well as for various program offers and campaigns
· Quickly field listing/program offer inquiries for proper follow up
· Management of company’s technology programs/software to facilitate marketing
· Regular media report generation
· Build West Montana Home’s brand and creative outlook with emphasis on continued educational resources and helpful guidance with strong lead generation approaches. (Will train on exact desires)
Candidates Must Have:
· Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
· Adobe suite proficiency
· Ability to create videos
· Moderate to good graphic design skills
· Eloquent speaking and writing skills
· Strong copywriting skills
· Social Media experience specifically within Facebook utilizing Business Manager for advertising
· Marketing experience (within Real Estate a plus)
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Technology/Program Experience Preferred (not required, will train)
· Mailchimp
· Simple Texting
· Zapier
· Every Door Direct Mail protocol (EDDM with USPS)
· Canva
Hours: 40 hours/week (can be flexible)
The ideal candidate would live near the Hamilton area and regularly commute to the office at 716 S First Street, Hamilton, MT 59840 for at least the first six months.
Pay: $36,000/year plus generous quarterly bonus on the growth of the real estate business. Candidate should rely on bonus activity for lifestyle. Anyone satisfied with the $36,000 per year need not apply.
