Position Summary
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the marketing strategies for each channel’s product and service offering. Ensures strategies ladder up to the Consumer Replacement Tire OGSI (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, and Initiatives), which supports the overall business goals of Operating Profit, Market Share and Profit Mix
- Lead development and execution of value proposition, positioning, and communication for B2B and Government
- Lead integrations with Sales, Product Marketing, Mobility Solutions, and Marketing Center of Excellence (COE) teams in the development/execution of programs focused on growing channels, fostering brand equity, and driving profitable growth
- Lead the development and delivery of enhanced, sales and education materials in support of key products and services
- Lead agency and vendor relationships to deliver programs and creative assets through strong project management, budgeting, and creative briefs from ideation through execution
- Manage annual marketing budget
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree + 6 years of experience, or Masters’ Degree + 5 years of management or leadership experience
- Experience in B2B marketing and/or Product Marketing
- Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams, preferably in large matrix organizations
- Demonstrates a bias for action in all areas of work; shows commitment to accountability and ownership of work
- Manages through ambiguity and demonstrates an innovative approach to solving problems
- Strong history of agility, flexibility, and strength in change management
- Disciplined approach to marketing and business, with the ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
- Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicator, both oral and written. Frequent and effective communications across levels and stakeholders
