CoWorx Staffing is hiring for a Paid + Organic Social Marketing Manager for one of our top clients in Cranston, RI. This is a perm/direct hire role with the company.

What it is going to take.

Strategy

• Strategize cross-functionally with sales and brand to develop dynamic social content while driving decisions around campaign architecture and set-up.
• Establish and evolve social strategy of paid, owned, and earned media while proactively analyzing performance and providing insights to internal teams.
• Monitor latest trends in social media, including new technologies, channels, design, and services that optimize overall social efforts.
• Establish short and long-term goals with sales leaders while developing budget projections.

Day-to-Day

• Manage all paid, owned, and earned social media programs according to Company goals.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to bring assets from concept to timely delivery.
• Develop and implement test + learn programs in pursuit of each brand’s social media goals.
• Track and monitor advertising budgets and forecasts in partnership with sales leaders.

• You’re the Chuck Norris of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
• You know when and how to work autonomously.
• Team-player that is a great listener and welcomes feedback.

What you bring.

Experience

• BA in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising.
• 6+ years of professional experience in digital or social advertising.
• Knowledge in 1st-party organic and paid platform features and functions, social management tools, content planning, and Google Analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have experience in setting up campaigns, managing budgets tied to sales goals and forecasting budgets based on analytics.
• Must have advertising experience.
