Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will develop, implement, track and optimize our marketing efforts across all platforms for both Estabrook’s and Farmhouse Floral. The Marketing Manager will embrace our culture, tell our story and communicate our evolution as the company continues to grow.

The ideal candidate requires the ability to be flexible, work independently and with others, and possess strong time management skills to prioritize multiple projects. The ideal candidate will also have a strong passion for gardening in order to emphasize our mantra “For the Joy of Gardening” across all marketing platforms.

Primary Duties:

• Nurture and continue to foster the growth and development of the company brands.
• Drive the direction of the brand in collaboration with the ownership group and senior management team.
• Plan and execute strategic annual marketing plans for both Estabrook’s and Farmhouse Floral which should include a full range of marketing disciplines: digital, social media, print advertising, events, partnerships, sponsorships, and more.
• Work with the Operations & IT Manager to oversee the maintenance, care and growth of all company websites and ensure high performance.
• Work with IT Manager for the creation of all instore signage for all locations.
• Develop and share timely, strategic reports with the ownership group and senior management team to measure all marketing campaigns and forecast challenges.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies with the ownership group and senior management team.
• Collaborate with the ownership group and senior management team to create annual budgets that support the scope of work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required.
• Proven work experience in multiple marketing disciplines (Advertising, Social, Email/Digital, etc.)
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising marketing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator along with marketing tools like Constant Contact.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Strong passion for gardening.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
