This Marketing Manager will lead the strategic, collaborative, and promotional marketing functions where a targeted audience receives consistent and thoughtful messaging. This person will lead the Marketing team with experience, knowledge and a collaborative approach; including working with teams throughout the organizations and external partners. This person will employ Omni channel tactics and ensures all channels are interconnected. Partners with Marketing Manager to ensure the annual marketing plan is executed on time and on budget to achieve both short and long-term revenue and marketing objectives.

The Marketing Manager will work closely with marketing leadership to identify potential growth opportunities as well as execute marketing campaigns through various communication channels including email, online, digital channels, and trade show materials. This role is also responsible for ensuring all campaigns and marketing initiatives are calendarized and planned in a strategic manner based on trends, travel and business seasonality. This position will interact with a variety of different functions across the organization and must be able to exhibit critical thinking and challenge the status-quo.

How You'll Shine:

  • Lead the development of the T&L GO pipeline, planning and timing for club initiatives.
  • Work with the Marketing Manager and Director to manage the marketing process from planning, strategy to execution working alongside marketing leadership, with a focus on timings, contingency planning and long-term impacts.
  • Work with internal and external partners such as, DDM, Tradeshows, VAX, to plan and centralize their priorities for the year and thoughtfully plan out integration and efficiencies.
  • Lead strategic planning and execution for Strategic Partnerships that are in need of co-branded marketing efforts while maximizing opportunity for T&L GO.
  • Bring the T&L GO club to life through a unified marketing and communications plan that clearly defines the customer journey via marketing channels.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director to align global IMC plans and calendars, authoring applicable briefs and executing go to market campaigns.
  • Manage and communicate strict deadlines to tie to new product releases and launches.
  • Ensure all marketing tactics meet budget requirements and effectively monitor and control spend.
  • Prepare and communicate out consistent and ongoing marketing pipelines in monthly, quarterly and yearly view.
  • Responsible for creative excellence by ensuring that messaging and creative are consistent with brand guidelines
  • Collaborate and coordinate with various cross-functional teams as well as other departments within the organization and external partners.
  • Champion the product development needs– recommends improvement and testing for recurring and triggered behavioral campaigns.

What You'll Bring:

  • BA/BS in Sales/Marketing or business-related field
  • Solid data analysis and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate sound business judgment and decision making skills
  • Ability to work within a matrixed organization and liaise with internal and external partners
  • Exceptionally proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • Travel/Hospitality experience a plus
  • 5+ years of progressive product marketing experience including: campaign development, reporting and analytics, creative direction, developing marketing strategy, contact planning and management preferred.
  • Experience in working with co-branded partnerships and travel agency marketing is a plus.
  • Experience producing targeted marketing value positioning and outreach and tactics in a fast, high-volume atmosphere
  • Proven success with marketing campaigns and materials
  • Some travel may be required – approximately 20%

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
