Job Purpose and Impact

The Marketing Manager Poultry will use specific marketing strategies and media to launch and position products and services in a sector. In this role, you will help coordinate market plan and launch programs to create demand and maximize sales of a specific product, product line or product area. Key Accountabilities
Help to manage global brands including working with key stakeholders throughout the organization. This includes implementing consistent marketing strategies and communications with relevant markets. Work with technical and category leads to develop editorial and paid content. Participate in evaluating and modifying promotion or advertising programs. Participate in producing informational material for the sales force and communications media to reach maximum number of customers and prospects. Plan, create, and produce marketing, advertising, and sales promotion materials for small to medium projects to implement marketing strategies and sales objectives. Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Job Information

Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience Minimum of two years of related work experience Fluent in English (speak, read, write) Ability to travel up to 10% MS Suite experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT, etc)

Preferred Qualifications
Adobe Creative Suite experience Ability to quickly build and cultivate professional relationships and develop a diverse and inclusive network. Experience in animal nutrition and health Experience in the Poultry industry Job Information
