About this role: Greenlight Guru is looking for a process-driven, detail oriented marketer to support and grow within the Marketing team and promote Greenlight Guru’s products and services and increase brand awareness.

As the Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring campaigns across all marketing channels, as well as ensuring that all marketing campaigns adhere to company standards and objectives. You will be a great teammate who is willing to take direction, but also shows initiative and can work independently on projects. You are highly organized, creative, and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will support the team's efforts on demand generation campaigns, with special focus on content marketing campaigns, and be responsible for company press communications.

The Marketing Specialist role will report to our Senior Manager, Content Marketing and will work closely with leaders from Growth Marketing, Event Marketing, and Product Marketing teams.

Your contributions and responsibilities:

• Implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
• Publishing assets across all content channels
• Proofreading copy
• Creating promotional content and creative materials to support all marketing functions
• Managing press communications
• Maintaining effective SOPs and other internal communications across all marketing functions
• Conducting market research
• Monitoring competitor activity
• Tracking campaign performance
• Performing administrative tasks

Your ideal qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing role
• Proficiency in Hubspot, Google Suite, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing tools
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment of multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
