Job description
Our Energy Solutions business unit is hiring a Marketing Specialist to join the team in a role focused on co-op management and administration. You'll collaborate with dealers and distributors on their marketing materials and internally with our design team to create the materials for the channel. The role works out of our corporate office in Wauwatosa with the opportunity to work remote two days per week.
Position Description
Develops and implements marketing projects across multiple business functions for the Energy Solutions Business Unit with responsibilities that include merchandising, social media, website content to improve brand engagement, preference and sell-through.
Job Responsibilities
- Generates and deploys content, training, presentations, working with channel and dealer partners.
- Develops, monitors and communicates project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborates with management to develop channel marketing strategies and executes across an integrated marketing communications plan.
- Edits, and proofs copy for marketing communications such as channel-specific communications, printed collateral, merchandising, digital content, advertising and customer presentations.
- Frequently evaluate channel marketing needs and make recommendations to management.
- Creates marketing materials and distributes them to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assists in the planning and execution of trade shows and events.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Skills Requirements
- Well-developed understanding of business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing practices, digital marketing and customer online experience, durable goods and retail sales channels
- Organized with ability to handle multiple projects independently
- Strong ability to communicate (verbal, written) and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Project management skills
- Team-oriented
- Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
Education
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in Marketing or related field
