Full-Time School Psychologist for 23/24 School Year

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly qualified School Psychologist to join our team for the 23/24 school year. The School Psychologist will work with students from PreK-12th grade, providing a range of assessment, counseling, and consultation services to students, parents, and teachers. The School Psychologist will work collaboratively with other professionals to support the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs of all students.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of students with various learning and behavioral difficulties
• Provide individual and group counseling to students in need
• Develop and implement behavioral interventions and support plans
• Consult with teachers, parents, and other school personnel on student progress and needs
• Participate in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 plans
• Collaborate with other school professionals to support the needs of students
• Maintain accurate and timely records of student evaluations and services provided

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
• Valid Massachusetts license as a School Psychologist
• Experience working with students from PreK-12th grade
• Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with others
