Foamcraft is the leader in foam fabrication and has been for decades. We are looking for individuals to join our family to provide Material Handler at our Mitchell, Indiana location. This is a full-time, first shift position.
Foamcraft was founded in 1952. Now, 70 years later, Foamcraft has grown from one small foam shop in downtown Indianapolis to five facilities across Indiana. We are committed to positively contributing to the community and providing creative and meaningful work.

This role starts at $13 an hour. Employees are eligible for $0.50 increases four times in the first year based on performance – or up to $2 in the first year. We also pay a $60 weekly perfect attendance incentive for all those who qualify.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Moving large objects with safe material handling practices
- Unloading and loading trucks as instructed and according to schedules
- Operate an electric forklift to move materials safely
- Baling scrap as instructed
- Other miscellaneous jobs
- Observing all safety rules and regulations.
An ideal candidate will have a positive attitude towards their coworkers and their job. Must be dependable and flexible. They must be able to understand and follow all company policies and regulations.
